I have been practicing in the McAllen area for over 20 years. I have experience in the outpatient setting as well as in the hospital and skilled nursing facilities.
I graduated from Universidad de Montemorelos Medical School in Montemorelos, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. I did my Internal Medicine residency at the Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling West Virginia. I was appointed chief medical resident, and I also was the Medical Director of the McAllen Hospitalist group for several years.
We provide in-house EKGs. Holter monitors. Pulse oximetry, Sonograms and we draw blood.
We manage medical conditions such as Diabetes Mellitus. Hypertension. High cholesterol. Gastrointestinal problems, infections, etc.
We provide basic wound care. Staple, removals, and suture removals and apply injections.
